Mariela Araujo

Principal, Client Advisor

Mariela works with clients to tailor financial models and ownership structures to optimize physician-owned real estate. Her experience includes new investment analysis, consolidation, and resyndication of existing entities. She is also responsible for the ongoing financing needs of existing clients across the country. Mariela moved from Venezuela to Florida in 2017 to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Florida International University.
